Access your “Mypage” or the ticket page from the email you received at the time of purchase, and display the ticket

Purchase the pass at the station
Buy the Hakone Freepass at a Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center or vending machine. A paper ticket will be issued.

Show your ticket at gates or when boarding
Present your paper pass at the gate or to the staff when boarding buses, trains, boats, or cable cars. At some stations, you may need to insert the pass into the automatic gate.
