Tickets can be purchased via EMot Online Tickets.
When using your ticket, please press ‘Use,’ scan the QR code, and show the animated screen displayed afterwards to the facility staff.
Facility information
- Admission is free for elementary school students and younger.
- Separate experience fees apply for activities at Hakone Craft House.
- As the park is located on the slopes of Hakone’s inner volcanic rim, there are steep paths and stairways throughout the grounds. Please note that this may cause difficulties for guests with limited mobility, those with infants, and elderly visitors. Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be used inside the park. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
