At Kikukawa Shoten, you can watch their Castella-yaki Hakone Manju being baked one by one in the machine right in front of the shop. The sweet aroma of freshly baked manju drifts out onto the street.

Priced at just 80 yen per piece, these Castella-yaki Hakone Manju are perfect for snacking while strolling. The castella-style batter is filled with mildly sweet white bean paste, giving it a light Western-style flavor. You can buy a boxed set as a souvenir, but we highly recommend enjoying one fresh and piping hot on the spot.

This Honey Cheese Tart is a limited-edition item available only at the Yumoto store.
