【Important Notice】Launch of Interoperable Contactless Payments for Transit Services
Starting Wednesday, March 25, 2026, Odakyu Electric Railway will introduce a post-payment travel service using contactless-enabled credit, debit, and prepaid cards, as well as smartphones linked to these cards. In collaboration with 10 transit operators across the Kanto region, we are creating a new travel environment that allows passengers to transfer seamlessly between different rail lines using just one card. By offering this convenient and seamless experience, we aim to provide a more comfortable journey for all our customers, both from Japan and abroad.
Service Overview
（１）Launch Date and Time for Interoperable Contactless Payments
From the first train on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

（３）How to Use
Simply tap your contactless-enabled credit card (or other compatible devices) on the reader at the automatic ticket gates. You can pass through the gates and travel on the covered lines and stations directly, without having to purchase a ticket in advance.
（４）Applicable Fares
Standard Passenger Fare (Calculated in 10-yen units) Adult Fares Only
Please note that child fares are not available for this service. Children may use their own contactless card (if they are the cardholder), but adult fares will be applied.
