December–February: 9:30 AM –4:30 PM (Last entrance 4:00 PM)

– Please note that the Tropical Botanical Garden closes at 4:45 PM from March through November.

- As the park is located on the slopes of Hakone’s inner volcanic rim, there are steep paths and stairways throughout the grounds. Please note that this may cause difficulties for guests with limited mobility, those with infants, and elderly visitors. Wheelchairs and strollers cannot be used inside the park. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
