There are three ticket types available: the Yunessun swimsuit area, the Mori no Yu traditional onsen area, and a passport that allows access to both areas.

Entry Reservation During Peak Seasons
During peak seasons, an entry reservation is required for Yunessun (Swimsuit Area).
Please complete your reservation at the time of purchasing your digital ticket.
Note: The entry reservation is separate from the ticket purchase process.

For Families with Young Children

  • Children who are not yet toilet-trained may use the Yunessun (swimsuit area) by wearing a swimsuit over a waterproof diaper.
  • Please note that in the Motoyu Mori no Yu area, access is limited to the washing area only. Bathing in the tubs is not permitted.

Q. What is included in the admission fee?
A. The admission fee includes entry only.
Towels, loungewear, and swimsuits are not included. Please bring your own or use the paid rental services available on site.

Q. Is there a time limit after entering the facility?
A. There is no time limit for your stay during the day.

Q. Can I re-enter after leaving the facility?
A. Yes. If you complete the re-entry procedure at the front desk, you may re-enter the facility on the same day.

Q. I have tattoos. Can I enter Yunessun?
A. Guests with tattoos (including tattoo stickers or paint) are generally not permitted to enter.
However, in the swimsuit area Yunessun, entry is allowed if tattoos are fully covered, such as by wearing a rash guard.
Paid rash guard rentals are also available.
